Workspace application install is incomplete

I can't seem to find the answer to this issue.  


We are currently using Citrix Workspace v 2107 - 2109 in our environment with SSO, this application was pushed out to workstations with a script that first uninstalled Citrix Receiver before installing Workspace.


We noticed a few users, can successfully use SSO to get to their Citrix desktop/icons, but when they launch an application, a Windows Logon window appears and they have to sign in with their network credentials to complete the app launch.


When checking the local Citrix workspace application installation, two items are missing:


Under Advanced Preferences, there is no "Configuration Checker" option

Under the Network Providers, there is no Citrix Single Sign On" option 


The workspace application has been uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times, and we have even tried newer clients.  We have used the Clean-up utility, even though the install provides does a clean up as well.


Has anyone seen this issue before?
