Help to convert Xen Server local storage to NFS storage

Hello,

 

My environment is Xen Server 7.1 with 32 GB RAM and 2 TB local storage. After installation, I am having only 18 GB in / partition as per the Xen Server storage atchitecture. Please guide me how to convert the LVM patition to NFS. Following is the Xen Server host storage details:

I would like to convert the LVM partition mentioned above in green colour to NFS storage. Please provide the steps.
