Epic EMR crashes on iPad with citrix workspace

I have been using citrix workspace on my macbook air and chrome OS devices without any issues for the past few years. However, when using it on an iPad, citrix workspace platform constantly crashes when trying to use.


I am running medical Epic EMR to use an iPad at work. I can log in, open workspace, and open Epic EMR just fine. I can even use it for a certain period of time, without any issues. Then, randomly I will get an error message as below and it crashes. 



I have tried waiting for new software versions for now 3 years and it still won't work. 


any help? TIA!
