Citrix Studio stops responding

I would like to deploy Citrix Studio via termainl services. (Windows Server 2019, Citrix VDA Agent 2112, MCS, Citrix UPM)


The Citrix Studio can be started without any problems via the published desktop. However, as soon as you do something from the context menu, the console stops responding.

The console can then only be closed via task manager.


In the Windows event viewer this is only an "Application Hangs - EventID 1002" to find.

I could find a similar behavior with version 2012.


Does anyone have a solution or a tip for this problem?
