Problem with adc and Apple IOS devices with gateway

Hello togehter,

 

we' ve some trouble with the Citrix ADC 13 with the gateway to internal XenApp server with Apple devices.

When we want connect from extranal (internet) with a ipad with the new workspace app, we can input out storefront url and our account.

After that we get the message "failed to log in ... there are currently no apps available", but the storefront and gateway works fine from a windows client.

 

I hope you have some idea.

Well without knowing your configuration etc, it seems as though there could be anything going on here, 

 

Looks like you are getting authenticated, so it's perhaps failing with session policy side of things, for mobile devices,

 

Might be good to check what way the policies are configured,
