Remote Desktop Services is currently busy

Hi everyone,

we currently have .  problem on our app servers. User occasionally get the error message "Remote Desktop Services is currently busy" when they try to launch a published app.

But after a few tries the app work. Other users of the same app can work without any problems.

 

A "querry session" on the server in question, shows no connections for the corresponding user.

The enventlog shows only something like "Session "xx" has been disconnected. Cause code: 12 (eventid 40)

 

Windows Server 2019 is running at VDA2112

 

Does anyone have any idea what is causing this problem?

I can't reproduce the error. It seems to be random and the error report from the users are to late, so i can't take RDP to the VDA. 

 

In the meantime, I have installed the hotfix (https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX340175) on the VDAs. It seems that this error also no longer occurs with it.
