Browser Content Redirection - audio is like Mickey Mouse

Question

Hallo

We are trying to test the usage of BCR to get some offloading going and save a bunch of resources

And to give users the best experience obviously.
I know we are a little bit out dated since its a feature that been here long, but well , better late then never i guess ?

However i am faced with a very annoying issue and i have yet to solve it.

To start with we just want to get some websites to offload, with embeded video in them.

It works just fine, no biggy to get BCR going and getting it to work.

The page is offloading just fine and so is the video - its easy to see this happening.

However

The sound part.... its like its on speed. (maybe times 5 or so)

So its not in sync and the voices sound like mickey Mouse ... ? That's kinda of a bummer

I tried with a simple page like this

https://www.nlm.nih.gov/web/documentation/TemplateDocumentation/videojs_basic.html

Our setup is as follows

Current version of Chrome

Running version 5.3 of the Browser extension

Running 1912 LTSR / windows 2012 R2 on the servers

Running 2112 / windows 10 on my laptop

I got the same issue in Edge. And have not tried it for internet explorer, since i dont want to be using that at all ?

Odd thing is , if I try Youtube, that is added pr default - everything works just fine on that site ?

So what is up with that? Is it the codec used?
We got a embeded video on our intranet but that is having the same issue with audio

Hope you can help me

Thanks

//Martin
