Virtual Server Assistance

Dear Community,

We are looking reconfigure how users connect to our VMWare VDI environment by using the load balancers to proxy the connections. We are using the following as a guide:

https://www.carlstalhood.com/vmware-horizon-unified-access-gateway-load-balancing-citrix-adc/

Eventhough this all seems pretty straightforward, I did have a question about using virtual servers that accept ANY port. The document states the following: "Unified Access Gateway appliances listen on multiple ports so you will need separate load balancers for each port number."

This seems a little redundant and unnecessary to me. Is it possible to set up a single Virtual Server that listens on all ports but use some kind of Listener or Responder policy on that virtual server to direct traffic to a specific backend service group based on the port # in the HTTP header? If so, how would something like this be set up?

Thank you.
