We have a user located in India that is trying to log into our VDI.  They are getting this error when they try to log in and it they have been trying for at least a week to access our systems.

Hi Steven,


The issue happens only to a specific user?

Does this user try to connect to static Desktop?

Is the Desktop shown as registered?
