Imposing screen lock/timeout as per HIPAA

We've got a half-dozen Server 2012 terminal servers delivering a few different apps (and desktops), end users log in and launch apps via Citrix Workspace from either a domain-joined device we've given them or personal devices (authenticating via on-prem Active Directory). Since we're bound by HIPAA regulations, we would like to have these sessions "lock" in some manner after 10 minutes, but conventional methods such as group policy apparently don't apply to these ICA sessions, only RDP & Console sessions. Is anyone else in the same boat? Is there any way to "lock" a users virtual app after 10 minutes of inactivity and require them to re-enter their domain credentials upon returning to their screen/becoming active again?
