XenDesktop Logitech camera connecting Optimized, doesn't work until switched to generic, trying to force it to generic..!

Question

Good afternoon,

XenDesktop 7.15.7000, non-persistent Windows 10 workstations (Windows 10 1809 LTSC).

Long story short our Logitech webcams won't work in Teams unless we they are in "generic" mode, which is fine, however they are automatically connecting in Optimized mode, users have to open devices select it, click switch to generic, get the warning it's in use, click okay, then click switch to generic again...  Just to many steps...

I've changed HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\citrix\ICA Client\GenericUSB\Devices "AutoRedirectVideo" to DWORD of 1, still no go...

I'm kind of at a loss at this point as to how I can force these things into Generic mode, honestly, it really shouldn't be this difficult, and I'm probably missing something silly, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

-Corey
