End user Desktop Icons have disappeared

I have an end user who is working in the Citrix Workspace app here at work. She reported to me that all of a sudden, her desktop icons have disappeared? I went over to her location to look, and they are missing. Any idea on how to remedy this issue? I've had the end user close her Citrix session and reopen it, but that did not fix the issue. Any advice?
