User disconnected from call when re-enabling webcam

Question

Here is the setup.

 

VDA OS - Server 2016

VDA Version - 1912 CU3

CWA - 2109

Endpoint - Win10 Laptop

Teams Version 1.4.0.26376 (32 bit) 

 

Issue happens only in a group call, not a P2P. Here is the repro steps. Assume video enabled for everyone.

 

1. UserA shares screen (video is disabled, expected i think)

2. UserB shares their screen (video is disabled)

3. UserA re-enables their video and gets disconnected from the call.

 

UserA and UserB are part of the same Org/Company and issue is reproducible. If UserC from different Org/Company tries to reproduce then the issue does not happen.

Can you repro and attach:

1- Teams logs on the VDA (press CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+1) and look for a file that has the appendix vdi_partner (e.g. MSTeams Diagnostics Log 11_29_2021__1_18_49_PM_vdi_partner.txt)

2- Webrpc logs on the client (AppData\Local\Temp\HdxRtcEngine)
