Regional setting on Xenapp servers not being applied

Hi All!

 

I have just set up a new App with 4 Windows 2019 Xenapp 7.15 CU3 frontend servers, the Xenapp servers are set to US Regional settings including date/dime format. We are a UK company so all workstations and other Xenapp servers use UK formats but this particular system REQUIRES US format. The users are still not seeing US format though. Am I missing something, I was under the impression that with Xenapp 7.15 the published app used the LOCAL date/time/regional settings of the server? If anyone could point me to some documentation on what I am likely doing wrong that would  be very much appreciated. Currently users need to log into the app, break out the app to control panel and set their default to US.
