Citrix ADC SDX Upgrade Procedure

Hi All,

I am new to the Citrix ADC SDX platform and still trying to understand the setup.

We need to fix the vulnerability https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX330728.

Currently need to upgrade from 13.0 82.45 to 13.0 83.27.    The citrix website is not clear on the process.

Is it better to upgrade the SDX appliances to new image which will in turn update the VPX instances ?   or just upgrade the VPX instances only ?

Updating SDX and updating VPX are two different things.

You just have to make sure that there is compatibility between the SDX System and the VPX instances. But this is rarely a problem with newer SDX systems (firmware level). There used to be quite tight limits there but not anymore. In former times there was a table, which SDX version was supported with which VPX version. I don't know if the table still exists.

Thank you for information do you know if it possible to upgrade SDX using single bundle upgrade via the Cloud ADM Service ?

If so which option is it  ?
