I'm not able to connect to Desktop from my workspace. It is getting stuck in connecting state. I'm facing this since 3 days

Hi,

tried resetting workspace but didn't work,

I didn't see any errors,

It's being in connecting state and  after some time automatically it is getting closed without prompting any errors.

not aware about others, but currently i'm only facing this.

And I have upgraded to latest version of citrix to ,try if it works, but no luck.
