SSPR on ADC for locked Accounts

is it possible to reset the Password with the ADC SSPR feature for locked Accounts? I have configured the the SSPR feature and it work well but when i try to reset the password of a locked Account the error says "Cannot connect. Try connecting again".


maybe I did something wrong?

Is this simply that to actually DO a password reset, the user needs to be able to actually log in... so if their password is locked, they can't do that (so can't move on to the next step, which is to reset their password)


Thus the (ok, a but strange) error message...
