NTUSER.DAT Profile Corruption. Turns to 8kb when user logs off or Log on (not sure about it)

Hello,

 

Since several months we have each days profile corruption. it happend in a random way. When user log on he get either an "Access denied" or "Error 3500". The only way for the user to launch an published app is to restore a none corrupted ntuser.dat.

A corrupted ntuser.dat has a size of 8kb.

We have checks many things (dfs path, anti-virus, vmware datastore, and so on) but the issue still occure.

We use VirtualAppas 1912 CU3 and Windows 2016 VDA. Files Server is Windows 2012 R2 and Windows 2016.

Roaming profile is configured with Windows GPO.
