Can't click OK when Idle timer expired window pops up.

I have 2 users that say when the idle timer pops up they are unable to click OK. After that all of their Citrix applications no longer function including the application they are actively using. They have to close them all and relaunch them.


Here is what I have tried so far.

  • Recreating the issue on my account on their computer.
  • Deleting and reinstalling the Citrix workspace.
  • Deleting the Citrix user profile off the server.
  • I have reset the profile in director.


We using Workspace version 19.12.4000.19(1912).
