Citrix dropping idle sessions

Hello,

 

We have upgrade our Citrix system to 7.15 on our Windows Server 2012R2

 

An issue which seems to have come with this upgrade is when the Citrix session is idle for around 15mins the Citrix session will go into a disconnected state and drop the Citrix Workspace app running on the client. I have checked our Citrix Polices on Session Time outs , Checked Storefront and on the Netscaler which all are set to 2 hours. We have also checked our Screen lock for PCs shouldnt be applying to the servers. 

 

We see this on Multiple users and on both Citrix Reciever 4.12 and Citrix Workspace 19.12.500.3 

 

Any advise to help resolve this would be appreciated
