Citrix uninstall

Question

My computer froze during a citrix workspace update.  I can no longer launch the connection app to link to my work.

I have tried re-installing to and get a message that I have installed successfully.  But still can not connect.

I am now trying to uninstall so I can reinstall from scratch, but keep getting message 'initializing' (frozen on that)

How can i get this to work???
