We are trying to integrate the PingFederate as IDP with the Netscaler as SP. When trying to login, we receive an error: we cannot complete your request

In the Sotrefront event viewer, i have collected those logs:
Citrix Receiver for Web => event 10 - task 3001.
Citrix Authentification Service => event 7 - task 1005.

Could Anyone help me?

Is StoreFront configured with a Callback and the setting to Fully Delegate Credentials to Citrix Gateway?

Thank you very much for you answer.

I have set to fully delegate credentials to Citrix gateway and now SAML authentification is working well ( i have check with pingfederate team on my side ).

However, i have only one authentification now. After SAML authentification i see directly the application.

Do you have any idea that i can do.

I have unselect Domain pass-through In Receiver for Web sites and now it's working.
