Cannot create Citrix Storefront Deployment "Citrix Delivery Services Framework Deployment Utilities Exceptions Service Already Installed' exception

I am trying to create a Citrix StoreFront deployment. I have the Delivery Controller installed and Citrix Studio works, but if I use the StoreFront tab in Citrix Studio MMC snap-in, it says join an existing deployment or create a new deployment. But when I try to go to Citrix StoreFront, it asks me whether I want to create a new deployment or join an existing server group. I tried to create a new deployment, but I keep getting a "citrix.deliveryservices.framework.deployment.utilities.exceptions.servicealreadyinstalledexception" error. I will place the Event Log description below.
