Connection to "IP" has been lost

Hi all,

 

I have been troubleshooting an issue with only a handful of desktops not being able to be created. Some of my users get an error, only in the morning when they first attempt to login in from their thin client, "Your connection to "ip address" has been lost. Please contact your system administrator." This has affected only about 10% of my users, but it can take anywhere from 1-10 attempts to get in. Often it just suddenly allows the user in, most common workaround has been to login, wait about 5 min, and try again. I feel like their is a lingering connection between the thin client and the user's VDI but I can't narrow it down.

Specs:

 

H/W HP T730 Thin Client

H/W OS: ThinPro 6.2/7.1

VMWare VDI OS: Windows 10 1703/1909 (occurs on either)

Citrix Studio 1912

Citrix VDA 7.15.7000.7267

Worskspace 2106
