User's Personal Folder is Showing Up Under Shared Folders

We have one employee whose Personal folder is somehow mapping over to the Shared Folder area. It cannot be deleted. Only the two Admins on the account can see this. However, this is not happening with the other 10 employees' Personal Folders. Citrix cannot figure this out. They said somehow this User shared their folder or a sub-folder with the two of us, but he did not. Now they are saying the only thing I can do is delete his User entirely and then start over. Has anyone ever had this issue, and if so, how was it resolved? Thanks!
