Increase Non-Persistent Disk on master (w /Snapshots)

Yep, the above answer is the only way to do it:

1)  Power down the existing master VM, clone it, and then rename the old one do 'do not turn on' or something similar.   Increase the disk in VMware, take a new snap, then update your catalog and test.

2)  Power on the master again, go into Disk Management in Windows, and extend the disk there too, then power it off and take a second snapshot and update the catalog again.   There's a reason why I thought to spell that part out clearly...    :7_sweat_smile:


After a few days if all is good, delete the old VM - or it might get turned on again accidentally and it can mess up the master image VM's account in AD.
