Internal Workspace App fails to enumerate or connect to Store. Workspace App works fine remotely

After a year of working from home we have workers that are coming back into the office and when they try to sign on at the office the Workspace App fails to enumerate or list of desktops or apps.  The Web browser works fine and the user can launch desktops and apps but the Workspace app no longer connects it fails saying:  


"Your Apps are not available at this time... Cannot contact Storename"


The Storefront config and Netscaler vip has not been changed or updated.  The external remote access has continuous to work with no issues.


We had the same beacon setup before covid and it works fine.  So what else should be checking?
