Citrix ADC communications problem

All,

 

Having problems with Citrix ADC MPX 9700 FIPS (yes, I know it's end-of-life). It all of a sudden, stopped processing requests. The ADC Gateway web page comes up sometimes for users, but when they enter their credentials, they rarely, if ever, get to the Storefront, and when they do, cannot launch virtual applications.

 

I can see these successful authentication requests processed in the appliance's authentication logs. Additionally, packets captured at the client show handshake attempts between the client and the ADC that do not appear to "complete."
