Applications not launching

Question

We just upgraded from 1912 CU2 to CU3. Prior to the upgrade (and also some MS patches), applications and desktops were launching. Now they dont. We are getting these errors:

 

Whenu using HTML 5

Citrix Workspace app cannot create a secure connection in this browser. Please refer to Citrix Knowledge Center article CTX134123.

The solution is to use Citrix Gateway which we are using.

 

When using tje Workspace app:

 

Unable to connect to the server. Contact your system administrator with the following error: The Citrix XenApp server you have selected is not accepting connections. (Socket Error 10061)

 

I've reverted back to CU2 but have the same results.

 

Any suiggestions?
