ADM read only setup not working correctly

Hello folks,

I have an issue with a new on-prem installation of the Citrix ADM.

We have a group setup so that the helpdesk can see the HDX Insight data to help resolve user connection problems.

 

When the tech tries to click on a "Session ID" they receive the following error.

Given that an admin user on the page has no problem displaying this data there has to be some piece that I'm missing.

As a note I did try to set them up with Edit rights on the entire Analytics section of the policy that I have assigned to them and the same error occurs. 

What other policy setting am I missing that needs to be turned on for them?

 

Any help would be appreciated.
