Published application does not launch at first attempt

At the first connection after restarting the catalog servers you have to click 3 times on the published application for it to launch.
Once an application has started there are no more problems.

I have already tried to add the following registry keys (without success).


Name: LogoffCheckerStartupDelayInSeconds 

Name: ApplicationLaunchWaitTimeoutMS


Citrix Version 1912.0.2000

have you already encountered this type of problem?
