Session Disconnection after launching the desktop


Question

Hi Experts,

 

Need your advice. Since from a week we are facing issue of discussion. When it runs, it runs without any issue but when it fails it gives plenty of failed connection.

So as soon user will launch his/her desktop it will connect but as soon we get login screen we also get a disconnection error and we had to kill the session. After sometime if we wait it gives another error that the resource is not available. Attaching the screenshots.

 

Environment,

Citrix Cloud

Cloud Connectors (Win Server 2016)

Workloads are in Microsoft Azure

VDA Version 2016

Workspace app version 2017
