citrix studio vmware connector question

Marco Bertini

Question

I have a Citrix infrastructure (7.15 CU3) based on shared server deployed by 2 provisioning server.

On Delivery server I've a configured a connection to a VmWare Hypervisor(6.0) to VDA power management.

I'm going to upgrade vmware farm from v6.0 to v6.7 upd 3.

After vmware migration to a new versione vcenter's hostname and fqdn will change.

What will need to be done on Citrix studio to restore hypervisor connector?

Do I need to delete and create a new connector to new vcenter appliance or will be enough to edit existing connector with new https vcenter link?

Is there some other activities to do on Citrix Studio or Citrix PVS ?

Thanks

Thanks. We don't use MCS technology to deploy shared desktop. We have some manually added VDA and many server shared desktop deployed with Citrix Provisioning services and we use Citrix - Vmware connector to power management.

for vmware migration Do I need to delete old connector and recreate a new one or could I change the link of existing one?

I have 6 machines catalog with many shared Desktop server for different customers.

I wouldn't want to do a destructive activity!

Thanks
