Wyse Thin client 5010 Log - Entry ICA: Connection reset by peer

Dear all,

 

We have the an issue with Wyse Thinclient 5010, Systemversion 2.6_412 (last available version on Dell/Wyse website), Bios 3.0U, ThinOS Lite, Receiverversion  14..0.20061800.

During fast changes of images or videos, accessing Linux Desktops or sometimes Windows Remote Desktops the Client looses its connection to Citrix with  Log - Entry ICA: Connection reset by peer

Citrix Version ist Xenapp 7 1912 CU3.
