Hi Eve,


Are you trying to access files within session or from files tab within Citrix Workspace App?

In case if you are not able to edit files within session, you may need to contact your administrator. Document may have read only permission.

For files edit operation from Files tab of Citrix Workspace App, what kind of document are you trying to edit? For certain docs like Excel, Word doc, you will need Office365 license to do so.
