Citrix ADC/Storefront Design question

Hardeep Sidhu1709162693

Hi Everyone,

My current environment consists of a single citrix gateway along with a pair of storefront servers. We have dozens of customers who login to the same public URL using login creds with unique UPNs for each of them. All creds and passwords are managed using a single AD instance.

We now have customers asking for specific features such as authenticating into our Citrix infrastructure with their own Azure tenant, permitting access based on specific client ips and more customization of the storefront including removing the option to change passwords.

I would like to build out a new ADC and Storefront in parallel to do some testing and eventually have it so each customer can access their own workspace with a subdomain: customer1.baseurl.com. Pertaining to the design, What do you think would be the best design approach for a service provider with multiple customers based on the requirements above.

From my own reading I would think that each large customer should have their own Gateway VIP, unique URL, load balancer and store in storefront. I will likely need to implement FAS for the Azure customers so they may need their own Storefront server entirely however I am interested in your opinions.
