ADC- cannot ping or reach virtual server from backend members

Dears,

I have a virtual server on subnet X and 2 load members in the service group on the same subnet X, all external subnets W,Y,Z can reach subnet X on 443 and ping it.

However only the members on subnet X cannot ping or reach the virtual server  on tcp 443.

I have a PBR set with virtual host ip and next hop subnet gateway of X, and all W,Y,Z subnets can browse and reach the virutal server on subnet X.

if I remove PBR the back-end members can reach the virutal server.

what could be wrong?

Also note that if I change the virtual server ip address to subnet Y for example the back-end members of subnet X can reach the virtual server of subnet Y.
