Netscaler ADC in Azure not responding to health probe on 9000

We  look after a netscaler HA pair in Azure, we have been experiencing intermittent outages where the load balancer in front of the netscalers stops receiving a reply to its port 9000 health probe and traffic stops flowing to the primary, services are down until the primary is rebooted and port 9000 starts responding on the secondary.


We have done firmware updates, have support cases open with Azure and Citrix, Citrix have asked for some logs when the issue happens but just wanted to check if anyone else has experienced a similar issue? or even if anyone is running this setup in Azure with no problems.
