NetScaler VPX 11 dropping packets when pinging and unable to connect

We're running a netscaler VPX version 11. Suddenly its dropping pings/packets and users are unable to connect.

 

No changes were made to the NetScaler or any other network routing changes on the network. Rebooted netscaler, checked and inferfaces are showing up reset interface and same issue.

 

Any suggestions on what to check at this point?

In addition, to Carl's recommendation check hypverisor AND the hypervisor's networking config (virtual and physical).

Check nslog for low level network events being reported and thinks like ip address or mac address conflicts.  

Check syslog just in case.

Check license and system date/time (just in case)

Be sure you are confirming ha pair status and on primary (if there is one).

 

syslog:

cd /var/log

tail -f ns.log

 

nslog

cd /var/nslog

nsconmsg -K newnslog -d event

nsconmsg -K newnslog -d consmsg
