Explorer is cut off

Users tell me this problem and I have no idea where the problem is coming from. The users access the farm with an IGEL client. This is looked after by an external person.


My farm is Citrix 1912 LTSR and I use a PVS for my worker Does anyone have any idea what is causing this? I have already tried the F11 key or ALT + space bar with the user as a workaround. But often only a new registration at the farm helps a little.
