Macbook no longer can open CITRIX APPS

We have a manager using CITRIX on a MacBook macOS Big Sure Version 11.4 , he cannot open applications on CITRIX, via Gateway, StoreFront and CITRIX Workspace. He is able to open these when in the office but not working remotely. I have now been testing this on an older Mac and I get the same messages. I have been looking at forums adding the certificate , but I do not know what certificate. Do I need to download the certificate from Netscaler and if so what certificate. I do not know Macbooks very well, but tried adding a certificate (Trusted Root) to KeyChain, but that did not work. All Windows 10 Laptops as well as Iphones are working. Just the one Macbook won't .
