Set "generic" as default Virtual Channel


Question

Hello Community,

 

at one workstation we use a local Canon USB Scanner. The employee works purely in our Citrix environment.
Unfortunately, the scanner only works if the default channel in Citrix Workspace is changed to "generic".


Unfortunately, this setting has to be made again for each new session. How can we set (preferably via Policies / GPO) the value always to "generic" instead of optimized?

 

Any ideas?

I am grateful for any advice.
