Dear Team

Request your help as always regarding  ADM Appflow configuration

1. On the ADC for appflow, we defined an appflow collector for ADM Appliance  using Logstream transport  ( port  5557   )  and defined associated action and policy  and bound the policy to "defaultGlobal" Bindpoint  . Is there any thing else what we need to do  ?

2. Also when we added ADC to ADM , it automatically created an Appflow collector / action / policy  using rest transport  .Should we leave this collector entry as it is or remove it  ?

3. Also we see default http analytics profile on the ADC   . Should we map this profile to the appflow logstream transport collector for webinsight / tcpinsight etc   to work  ?  . Will enabling options in the analytics profile  have any performance impact on ADC  ?

4. We use logstream for APPFlow configuration from ADC to ADM . what does the appflow setting on ADC   " send logstream data over nsip" mean ? What does enabling this setting change ?

Dear Chad

Sorry i forgot to update the Forum.

I went ahead with the below  options and it is working fine

1. Is there any thing else what we need to do  ?   -  Just created a policy bound to the appflow collector / action  . Did not bind it to anything

2. Also when we added ADC to ADM , it automatically created an Appflow collector / action / policy  using rest transport  .Should we leave this collector entry as it is or remove it  ?  - we just left it as it as and created another collector using logstream which was used to create action / policy  .

3. Also we see default http analytics profile on the ADC   . Should we map this profile to the appflow logstream transport collector for webinsight / tcpinsight etc   to work  ?  . Will enabling options in the analytics profile  have any performance impact on ADC  ?  -  we did not enable any such profiles

4. We use logstream for APPFlow configuration from ADC to ADM . what does the appflow setting on ADC   " send logstream data over nsip" mean ? What does enabling this setting change ?- we enabled this option . works fine
