Force Generic USB Redirection without Optimization

Hi all,

i am trying to map the Grundig Digta SonicMic 3 to our XenApp Sessions over Generic USB Redirection.

Its only working if i manually switch from "optimized" to "standard" in the citrix receiver.

Is there any way to force the clients not using the optimized redirection?

I tried the optimizing rules citrix policy but it has no effect in my case.

Greetings and Thanks in advance,

Hi all,

on windows receiver, i get this managed to tick the two checkboxes for automatically redirect generic usb devices at startup.

So my next problem is that i have to get the same thing done for our Dell Wyse ThinOS Clients.

The USB Redirection is working (see attached picture). But the corresponding entries under audio input/output devices are missing so the device is not working in the XenApp Session.

If here is anyone who has successfully redirect the Grundig Digta SonicMic 3 into XenApp Sessions, i am very interressted for some configuration tipps.
