Citrix Workspace Setup with 3 Displays does not work

Dear all, 

I am using Citrix Workspace to connect to my customers Citrix environment. The customer does not support the citrix desktop, meaning I can only start the applications in seamless mode. 

So far, it has always been working fine, even with three monitors (notebook and two external ones). 

Now I have replaced the main display with a high resolution (4K) one, which of course needs scaling in windows (150%). 

Result: Citrix applications start on the notebook display, cannot be transfered to the main display and behaves "strange" (problems with mouse pointer). 

I have tried several solution approaches (DPI-Settings in Citrix Workspace, DPI-Settings in files wfcrun32.exe and wfica32.exe). Nothing worked for me. 

Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?
