Thank you very much Carl!  I've been going through the deployment template and there are tons of decisions to be made and the one I've been researching is the size of the subnets. It seems to me from the descriptions that the Management and the Client subnets can be very small like /29 (3 usable addresses) but the Server subnets is just where the application servers are and it would be my production subnet with all my servers. Can anyone confirm this? Does the number of clients accessing this over a public URL determine the size of the Client Subnet?

ADC can route to other subnets. It is not necessary for ADC to be connected to the same subnet as your servers. The server subnet has a SNIP and there are usually static routes to reach the servers through a router in the server subnet.

Wow Carl you're quick :). So subnet sizes can be minimal I guess? If I use the existing VNet it is only /24 so I need to subnet carefully. Thanks for your help!
