XD\XA 1912 LTSR: Customer Managed Azure Subscription - Provisioning Error

Hello-

 

Recently, we are getting failures trying to provisioning machines in our managed Azure subscription. It was working, albeit VERY SLOWLY, but recently 'broke'. 

We see the PROXY error at the end of the verbiage, but what we cannot find is a detailed description, workflow, ports, etc to use as a guide to see what WE may have closed/shutdown, to break this.  

We have opened a support case w/Citrix. 

 

Has anyone seen this ?  Anyone know what setting we can put on the DDC's themselves to BYPASS any proxies ?  (Even though we are told that they are bypassing) 

 

Details:

1. On-prem 1912 LTSR CU2 Site

2. Customer managed Azure Subscription

3. NO Citrix Cloud integration 

4. Our DDCs are set to bypass the proxy via the proxy admin rules

 

Error:

InternalErrorMessage : Error: Reading disk failed Failed multiple times trying to read snapshot prepare-identity-#####-snapshot. Errors: An error occurred while sending the request.|An error occurred while sending the request.|An error occurred while sending the request.|An error occurred while sending the request.|An error occurred while sending the request.|An error occurred while sending the request. An error occurred while sending the request. The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required.
