Has anyone actually opened a ticket with them on this?

Seems like a substantial oversight.

Yes, I have an open case and they referenced the article below:

They are aware of this wide spread issue facing all users of Workspace for Mac and Engineering is working on an update.  No ETA on fix.

Hello long-suffering with administrators.

It is about time that Citrix solves this problem. Does anyone by chance have an idea or news when we will get an update.

Greetings from a somewhat annoyed admin.

An update was just released!

Fixed issues in 2301.1

You might face issues when you add or authenticate a store, or start a resource (apps or desktops) using the native Citrix Workspace app. [CVADHELP-22372]

Others on Reddit stated an SSL certificate in the Mac Workspace app expired.  Waiting is not going to help if that is the case.  I just did some major upgrades to our Citrix environment yesterday and I thought I broke something.  I am relieved it is a Citrix issue and not something I did, but also need it fixed for my Mac users.
