Unable to launch Citrix Cloud Apps - Workspace "Connection in progress" indefinitely

We are running a Citrix Cloud Proof of Concept and I am on the final hurdle where I am unable to launch apps, the ICA file downloads and once opened Workspace gets stuck on "Starting... Connection in progress..." and never progresses.


Off the network it works fine so its something specific to our network, one thing on our network that could be the preventing the connection is Forcepoint Websense proxy however I have added all the exceptions that I can find and there is nothing in the logs while attempting a connection that it states has been blocked.


Monitor (Director) is giving a Connection Timeout failure reason, I cant see anything on the client or VDAs Event's that looks relevant.


Has anyone overcome similar please or can anyone share any ideas of what I might have missed? We only have a couple of weeks of the trial and still have a lot of testing to do!
