I recommend that you try download  CWA 2107 for big sur 11.4 for this issue.



I have seen reports that CWA 2106 for Big Sur 11.4 can causes the CWA to close unexpectedly. Workaround is to reinstall the CWA 2016 for Big Sur 11.4. 


If all is lost, collect the CWA logs and open a Citrix support case.
